How it works
The Scene
A murder sudoku. You get the floor plan of a house and a handful of suspects. Read the clues — “Nell was in the kitchen”, “Iris was not in the same row as the lantern” — and place every suspect where they stood: one per row, one per column, one per room. Pencil in notes, cross squares out, then solve the case: the body appears, and whoever was alone with it is guilty.
The Interrogation
A whodunit. There has been a murder: every suspect had a weapon, was in a room and had a motive. Cross-check what the clues say, rule out what cannot be, leave a “?” on a hunch, and work out who did it, with what, where and why.
Why players stay
One solution, always
Every case is checked before it ships. There is exactly one answer and you never have to guess.
No forced adverts
Nothing plays between cases. The only advert is one you choose to watch for an extra hint.
Two daily cases

Seasons of four levels
Easy, medium, hard and extreme, from 5×5 to 12×12, with a bar that fills as you go.
Play with friends
Start a group, share its code and see who solves the daily first. No accounts, no emails.
Your own detective
Hats, glasses and trench coats for the face others see on the standings, plus ranks, badges and alibis that save a streak.
Share without spoilers
A row of coloured squares that shows how you got there, never where anyone was.

Cases are written natively in English and Spanish.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Both daily cases and 300 library cases are free. Extra case files, hints, ranks and removing adverts are optional one-time purchases. There is no subscription.
Do I need to be good at sudoku?
No. If you can read “Nell was in the kitchen” and cross off what cannot be, you can solve a case. The first cases teach the rules as you go, and there are four levels, from 5×5 to 12×12.
Can a case have two answers?
No. Every case is verified by a program before it ships: exactly one arrangement fits every clue, and it can be reached without guessing.
What happens if I get stuck?
A free hint every day points at the next logical step, every three days of streak adds another, and the daily gives you three free tries at naming the killer.
Do I have to guess who the killer is?
No. The body stays off the plan until everyone is placed. When the plan is full, Solve the case checks it and reveals who was alone with the victim.
Is it the same case for everybody?
Yes. The daily case changes at midnight in your time zone, and everyone plays the same one that day, so you can compare results with friends.
What data does it collect?
Almost none. There are no accounts. See the privacy policy.
Today's case is waiting
Two new cases every day, the same for everyone. Free, with no forced adverts.
